Within 5 minutes walking distance you can reach Lake Constance which offers numerous opportunities for water and sailing enthusiasts. Local beaches directly on Lake Constance offer a refreshing cool down on hot summer days. There are also numerous cycle paths in the area for mountain bikers and racing cyclists. In about 30 minutes, hiking fans and mountain bikers can reach the Allgäu or the Bregenzerwald for their perfect peak happiness. The famous Bregenz Festival is also just a stone's throw away. In winter, winter sports enthusiasts also get their money's worth in the various ski areas in the Allgäu or Bregenzerwald. There are also alternatives for bad weather days such as the cinema in Lindau, the Marionette Opera or numerous museums and much more.
