Personality is key in Melbos restaurant: the name Melbos is a combination of our own first names Melanie and Boris. We pride ourselves in offering personal service and cultivated hospitality with great attention to detail. Our ingredients are always fresh, tasty and regional. Our chef Mike serves fresh dishes from predominantly regional products and ingredients in a cozy and casual atmosphere. In addition to crispy salads or soups, our menu also offers dishes from international cuisine as well as classic dishes such as onion roast or Wiener Schnitzel. To finish your dinner on a sweet note we have a variety of desserts waiting for you such as a Toblerone parfait with marinated berries or chocolate cake & vanilla ice cream to mention a few.
Dinner for all
At Melbos everyone is welcome! Our restaurant is not exclusive to our in-house guests only, but also opens its doors to external guests daily from 6 p.m.. Our kitchen closes at 9.30 p.m.. You are welcome to finish your evening comfortably with a gin, long drink or other drink in the Melbos until 11 p.m..
Want Beef? – Handmade Burgers
Our handcrafted burgers are one of our top specialties: 100% fresh ingredients for 100% taste! Beef, potatoes, vegetables & salad come predominantly from our region. Even the buns are handmade at the local Miller bakery in Lindau. We serve all burgers with a fresh coleslaw plus a side dish of choice.
Every Thursday at Melbos you can enjoy the full burger menu at our burger lunch from 12 to 2 p.m. Otherwise, of course, our burgers are on the regular menu every evening starting at 6 p.m..
